In light of the current global changes, the informal sector and irregular employment is the backbone of economic systems within all societies. Despite this, it will not yet represent an independent sector, but rather interacts within governmental and political systems. The problem of irregular employment is considered one of the social problems that threaten security and stability. Developing societies, especially developed societies as well This study is one of the studies measuring the return of vocational intervention that aims to test the effect of using the independent variable, which is the vocational intervention program in a community-organizing manner to achieve social protection for women in irregular work. The researcher in the study relies on the experimental approach (pre- and post-experiment design using one group). The study concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between professional intervention in a way of organizing society and achieving social protection for women in irregular work.
