Administrative empowerment and development of creative behavior of workers in civil society organizations

Abstract

The study aimed to "determine the level of administrative empowerment dimensions through (delegation of authority, training, motivation, planning, effective communication, and work teams) in developing creative behavior through (the spirit of risk, flexibility, analysis and problem solving, and encouraging creativity) among employees of civil society organizations, while determining the relationship between administrative empowerment and developing creative behavior, and developing a proposed planning vision to activate the use of administrative empowerment as a mechanism for developing creative behavior among employees of civil society organizations. This study is considered a descriptive study as it focuses on monitoring and analyzing the relationship between administrative empowerment (as an independent variable) and developing creative behavior among employees of civil society organizations (as a dependent variable). The study relied on using the comprehensive social survey method for employees of the Misr El Mahrousa Balady Association in its branches in Cairo Governorate as a model for civil society organizations, numbering (242) individuals. The results of the study proved the validity of its hypotheses and emphasized the necessity of administrative empowerment to develop higher creative behavior among employees and to develop the institution.
