The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating technology and creative methods in improving reading skills among second-grade students with reading difficulties in Palestine. A mixed methods approach was used, collecting quantitative and qualitative data through teacher interviews and analyzing the degree of mastery of reading skills. The results showed that integrating technology and creative methods significantly improved reading skills in the experimental group compared to those taught using traditional methods. The study recommended integrating technology and innovative methods in teaching language skills at various primary levels and emphasized the importance of cooperation between teachers of reading difficulties and educational technology experts to design modern and purposeful digital educational games and technologies based on pedagogical and scientific standards. The study recommended integrating technology and innovative methods in teaching language skills at various primary levels and emphasized the importance of cooperation between teachers of reading difficulties and educational technology experts to design modern and purposeful digital educational games and technologies based on pedagogical and scientific standards.
