Digital transformation and professional performance efficiency of youth center workers

The study aimed to determine the relationship between digital transformation and the efficiency of performance of workers in youth centers by determining the level of digital transformation in youth centers, as well as the level of efficiency of performance of workers in youth centers. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and used the comprehensive social survey method for workers in youth centers, whose number reached (69) individuals. The researcher applied a measurement form for workers. In the end, the results of the study proved that the level of dimensions of applying digital transformation in the departments of social solidarity as a whole is high, as it came in order (technological knowledge of workers, technological skills of workers, developing a strategy for digital transformation, infrastructure for digital transformation). It also proved that the level of efficiency of performance of workers in youth centers as a whole is high, as it came in order (adherence to the rules governing work, the ability to communicate with others, continuous development of work, the level of his abilities and skills to accomplish work). In the end, the results of the study proved that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between digital transformation and the efficiency of performance of workers in youth centers, which indicates the validity of the study hypotheses.
