The study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of health programs provided by NGOs to poor rural families. This study belongs to the evaluation studies. It used the comprehensive social survey approach for workers in non-governmental organizations, whose number was (35) individuals, and the social survey with the intentional sample of poor rural families, whose number was (265) individuals. The researcher applied a measurement form for workers in NGOs and poor rural families. In the end, the results of the study proved that the level of dimensions of the effectiveness of health programs provided by NGOs to poor rural families from the point of view of officials and poor rural families is high. It also proved that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of poor rural families and officials regarding their identification (of difficulties - suggestions) of the effectiveness of health programs provided by NGOs to poor rural families, which indicates the validity of the study hypotheses.
