The study aims to understand and analyze the impact that effective communication between healthcare providers and patients can have on patient satisfaction at Najran General Hospital. It also aims to identify the factors that affect communication between healthcare providers and patients, and to evaluate the impact of this communication on patients' experience and their satisfaction with the health services they receive. Therefore, this study is considered one of the studies that aim to measure the role of effective communication in achieving patient satisfaction at Najran General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by testing two main hypotheses from which several sub-hypotheses emerge. The research community will include a sample of patients at Najran General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the sample to which it will be applied will be selected randomly. These hypotheses have been tested and verified.
