Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pays great attention to developing the health sector by relying on modern technologies. The Kingdom's Vision 2030 is a roadmap for transforming this sector into an advanced model that provides high-quality health services to citizens and residents. The most important goals of the Kingdom's vision in the field of smart systems in the health sector are to raise the efficiency of health services by using modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data and analyzing them to provide more accurate and effective health services. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of using smart systems on the effectiveness of performance at King Khalid Hospital in Najran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study community consists of workers at King Khalid Hospital in Najran, which amounts to about (1968) employees, distributed across various medical and administrative specialties, as follows (doctors: 198, nursing staff: 412, administrators and technicians: (1358). Accordingly, a sample of 350 individuals was taken to benefit from increasing the sample size in order to evaluate the role of using smart systems in developing performance at King Khalid Hospital in Najran. Data was collected using "questionnaire forms" that will be distributed to The research sample was in King Khalid Hospital in Najran, in addition to personal interviews and referring to official reports issued by the hospital, for the purpose of collecting data on the extent of the use of smart systems in developing performance at King Khalid Hospital in Najran. The study tested all its hypotheses.
