The current study aimed to identify the impact of the motivation policy on the level of performance of workers in the health sector, from the point of view of workers in the Union of Health Work Committees in Al-Jowf, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive method was used in preparing the study. The questionnaire was also used as the main tool for collecting data. Data was collected from the (195) employees of the Union of Health Work Committees in Al-Jowf. A comprehensive survey was conducted and responses amounting to (155) were collected, with a percentage of (79.5%) of the study population. Following data collection, the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) version 27 was used to analyze the data. Through analyzing the data, several results were reached, the most important of which are: The results indicated that the motivation policy (financial, moral, social) followed in the Union of Health Work Committees in Al-Jowf was high. The results also indicated a high level of employee performance in terms of (effectiveness, quality, productivity, and speed of response) in the Union of Health Work Committees in Al-Jowf. The results also found that there is a positive and significant effect of the motivation policy in developing the performance level of workers in the Union of Health Work Committees in Al-Jowf. In light of these results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing continuous training programs to develop employees’ skills and expand opportunities for promotion within the organization, while enhancing the culture of learning and self-development. Paying attention to providing certificates of appreciation and medals to those who achieve high goals. The scope of appreciation can also be expanded to include public praise in periodic meetings or via communication platforms.
