Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of implementing delegation policies on the performance of employees at Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital. The extent to which employees' performance has improved after implementing these policies will be studied, such as increasing effectiveness and efficiency and improving the quality of health services provided. The policies adopted at Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital to delegate powers and responsibilities to employees will be reviewed and evaluated. The suitability of these policies to the health environment and their ability to motivate and enhance employee performance will be analyzed. The study will also help identify the factors that affect the success of implementing delegation policies at Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital, including institutional, cultural and organizational factors. The obstacles that may face the implementation of delegation policies will be analyzed and recommendations will be made on how to overcome these obstacles. The researcher relied on the standard method in preparing the study. The research community also included a sample of employees at Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample to be applied to it was selected randomly. The study answered all its questions and tested all its hypotheses.
