Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the impact of organizational values ​​on supporting the performance of excellence management in government hospitals. The study also relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which is based on collecting data and information related to the subject of the study, classifying it, analyzing it, and revealing the relationship and its various dimensions. The study community consisted of workers in government hospitals, applied to King Khalid Hospital in Najran at all levels, and their number was (1968) individuals, and the size of the research sample amounted to (322) employees. The study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant positive impact of the role of organizational culture on supporting excellence management in government hospitals. It also proved the existence of a statistically significant positive impact of the role of organizational culture in its dimension of organizational values ​​on supporting the performance of excellence management in government hospitals, and the existence of a statistically significant positive impact of the role of organizational culture in its dimension of organizational beliefs on supporting the performance of excellence management in government hospitals.
