Abstract

The state's health care policy represents an essential part of its comprehensive social policy, and health care in the state is closely linked to development issues. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the extent of the efficiency of the comprehensive health insurance system in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in light of the digital transformation, as well as determining the relationship between the digital transformation in the health insurance system Comprehensive and achieving beneficiary satisfaction. Also, identifying the most important difficulties facing achieving the efficiency of the comprehensive health insurance system in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in light of the digital transformation, as well as trying to come up with proposals that contribute to achieving the efficiency of the comprehensive health insurance system in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in light of the digital transformation. It relied on the evaluation study, and also used a questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data, and it was applied to officials and workers in the Beneficiary Satisfaction Department of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Complex in Port Said Governorate. It surveyed the visitors who benefited from the complex, and to whom the new system was applied, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: the necessity of providing continuous and modern training for doctors, nursing staff, and all medical service providers to keep pace with scientific and technical progress to provide better health care. Continuous attention is paid to identifying and analyzing the satisfaction of beneficiaries with the level of health services provided to them, in addition to paying attention to the complaints submitted by them and trying to identify the deficiencies in the provision of health services.
