Abstract

This study aimed to study and analyze the role of comprehensive quality in achieving competitive advantage at King Khalid Hospital in NJaran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 The researcher concluded that there is an application of comprehensive quality management in King Khalid Hospital in Najran, as well as the importance of comprehensive quality in achieving competitive advantage in government hospitals through its application to King Khalid Hospital in Najran, the subject of study and research.
The researcher recommended that those in charge of managing King Khalid Hospital in Najran, the subject of the study and research, should pay attention to developing continuous training programs for hospital workers to raise the level of their skills in quality management. Improving the infrastructure and resources available in hospitals to ensure the provision of high-quality services, strengthening evaluation and follow-up systems to ensure adherence to quality standards and identifying areas that need improvement .
