The role of mechanizing administrative processes in improving job performance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of mechanizing administrative processes on job performance in the health sector in Saudi Arabia, while the sub-objectives of the study are: subjecting the topic of mechanizing administrative processes and job performance to research and study, the desire to try to diagnose the actual reality of mechanizing administrative processes in the health sector, training in systematic work and the ability to develop capabilities in preparing social research, identifying the requirements and obstacles to applying mechanization of administrative processes, and seeking to identify and highlight the advantages and disadvantages of applying mechanization of administrative processes. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive survey method was used through which the researcher tried to describe the phenomenon that is the subject of the study, analyze its data and the relationship between its components and the opinions raised about it and the processes it includes and the effects it causes. The actual sample consisted of (117) employees from employees working in administrative jobs in the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 2024 AD. The researcher determined the study sample using the random sample method. It turned out that the required sample size is (123) individuals from the study community. The study answered all its questions and tested all its hypotheses.
