The relationship between organizational values ​​and enhancing institutional excellence among employees in civil society organizations: A study from the perspective of the community organization method

Abstract

The current study aimed to "determine the level of organizational values ​​among employees of civil society organizations," determine the level of institutional excellence among employees of civil society organizations, and determine the dimensions of organizational values ​​most closely related to enhancing institutional excellence among employees of civil society organizations. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and the study used the social survey method, and used a measurement form as a main tool. The study sample consisted of (135) individuals from employees of civil society organizations. The study reached the acceptance of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses, which means, "There is a statistically significant effect of organizational values ​​and enhancing institutional excellence among workers in civil society organizations." The study reached a future vision from the perspective of Community organization method, to activate the practice of organizational values ​​to enhance institutional excellence among workers in civil society organizations.
