Given the economic conditions that the country is going through as a result of diseases and the spread of epidemics and viruses, many problems have emerged, including the problems facing irregular workers, including: Economic, health and educational problems, In view of the vital role played by the social service profession in addressing these problems in generalist and general practice in particular, the study aims to test the effectiveness of the power granting model from the perspective of generalist practice in social service to alleviate the severity of the problems facing irregular workers, through a main objective : It consists of alleviating the severity of the problems facing irregular workers, and the main goal is achieved by achieving the following sub-goals: * Alleviating economic problems: the monthly wage is not commensurate with living needs - there are no social protection programs such as old-age, disability and death insurance for irregular workers - difficulty in obtaining loans to establish small projects - there is no permanent work - dismissal from work without precedent.
