Abstract
The main objective of the study is to identify the obstacles to implementing coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals. To achieve the objective of the study and to show the obstacles to implementing coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals, the researcher will use the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a main tool, which was distributed to the current study sample of all workers in Jazan hospitals, numbering (116) employees. The researcher determined the study sample using the random sample method from workers in Jazan hospitals; This was done by selecting a number of respondents that the researcher could find from a specific period of time, and their number reached (89) individuals, and the data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) and the study concluded with several results: There is a high level of obstacles to the application of coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals, There is a high level of administrative obstacles to the application of coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals, There is an average level of technical obstacles to the application of coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals, There is an average level of human obstacles to the application of coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals, There are no statistically significant differences in the obstacles to the application of coordination and bed management in the Saudi health sector from the point of view of workers in Jazan hospitals attributed to demographic variables (gender, age, educational level, years of experience), and the study recommended: Enhancing awareness and interaction by launching periodic awareness campaigns and workshops to enhance employees' understanding of the concept and importance of coordination management Beds, increasing investment in training on modern medical technologies for medical and administrative staff, including improving access to updated technologies, allocating additional budgets to update and develop the technical infrastructure, which supports the implementation of coordination and bed management effectively and safely, enhancing communication and exchange of experiences between administrative teams by creating platforms and opportunities for social interaction and advanced training, supporting new policies and procedures to enhance the training of workers periodically and continuously, which enhances their understanding and comprehension of the concepts of coordination and bed management in full, organizing advanced training programs for technical management to develop their skills in using and managing coordination and bed management tools effectively.
