There is an increasing interest by the state to improve the level of health care services for all citizens as a basic and necessary requirement, which necessitates the continuous development of health care services for the purpose of health reform, enhancing awareness of the importance of digital transformation as one of the modern technologies in health care institutions in medical centers to benefit from their services, medical centers seeking to develop their services and activate electronic management and adopt technological methods to develop health care services in medical centers to provide electronic security and confidentiality to preserve data and information related to the health care services sector. The importance of the study is due to its focus on developing health care services in health centers. Digital transformation is an important tool in developing work methods within the organization by relying on modern means, which improves the level of providing medical services within medical centers. The study aimed to: Monitor the reality of applying digital transformation in medical centers - Determine the level of development of health care services in medical centers - Determine the relationship between applying digital transformation and developing health care services in medical centers - Determine the difficulties facing the contributions of applying digital transformation in developing health care services in medical centers - Determine proposals to activate the contributions of applying digital transformation in developing health care services in medical centers - Reach a proposed planning vision for developing services Health care in medical centers using digital transformation.
This study, according to its objectives, belongs to the descriptive studies pattern that has the ability to provide scientific and logical explanations for the phenomenon under study. The data collection tools were a questionnaire for beneficiaries/a questionnaire for officials about digital transformation and the development of health care services in medical centers.
