Digitization As a Mechanism in Planning to Achieve Service Excellence in Social Solidarity Units

The study aimed to monitor the reality of applying digitization in social solidarity units, determine the level of achieving service excellence in social solidarity units, determine the relationship between applying digitization and achieving service excellence in social solidarity units, determine the difficulties facing the contributions of digitization in achieving service excellence in social solidarity units, and reach a proposed executive plan to achieve service excellence in social solidarity units using digitization. This study is one of the descriptive studies. The study relied on the social survey method with a comprehensive and sample type, a comprehensive social survey of officials in the Sahel Selim Social Administration and its affiliated units, numbering (45) individuals, a sample of beneficiaries of social solidarity units affiliated with the Sahel Selim Social Administration, numbering (376) individuals. The study tools were represented in a questionnaire for officials, a questionnaire for beneficiaries about digitization as a mechanism in planning to achieve service excellence in social solidarity units. The results of the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant difference between the impact of the dimensions of applying digitization (technological infrastructure, Human resources with knowledge ,technological knowledge ,technological skills, and electronic communication) to achieve service excellence in social solidarity units. There is a statistically significant direct effect relationship between the application of digitization and achieving service excellence in social solidarity units
