The current study seeks to achieve a main goal, which is the effectiveness of the programs of ngos in achieving the economic empowerment of poor women in the light of Egypt 2030. The general objective emanates from a sub-set of objectives, which is to determine the level of knowledge services provided by the ngos to achieve the economic empowerment of women breadwinners, the level of the skill services provided by the ngos to achieve economic empowerment of women breadwinners, determine the extent to which the ngos measures the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the ngos programs in achieving the economic empowerment of female breadwinners and identifying the obstacles faced by women in obtaining the ngos services, in addition to identifying the proposals for achieving economic empowerment of women breadwinners through the programs of the ngos and finally reaching a proposed vision From the perspective of the method of organizing society to increase the effectiveness of the programs of ngos in empowering women economical breadwiners. The study reached a set of results, including the validity of the main imposition of the study on the level of effectiveness of the programs of ngos in achieving the economic empowerment of women of the breadwinners. The study also reached the validity of the sub-asuppositions in addition to the results of the corresponding guide of the ngos employees, as it was pointed out that the most important obstacles that hinder ngos in achieving women's economic empowerment is the lack of funding allocated to the ngos to establish projects and programs to achieve women's economic empowerment. The study reached many proposals, including providing funding allocated to Friday to establish projects and the need to enhance communication between the ngos and women breadwinners and facilitate procedures for obtaining loans for women breadwinners.
