Abstract

This study attempted to determine the extent of commitment of administrative leaders in medical institutions to the dimensions of organizational culture within medical institutions. The indicators of this study were between strong and weak. The study emphasized the importance of administrative leaders adopting the dimensions of organizational culture within medical institutions. Training administrative leaders and the work team in medical institutions on these dimensions, including (organizational values ​​- organizational beliefs - organizational expectations - organizational norms), as they have a great impact and are considered the mechanism that enables them to understand the medical institution well, and the medical institution becomes able to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively and increase its status within the surrounding community. (Methodological Strategy:- Type of Study: Descriptive Analytical - Method Used: Comprehensive Social Survey of Administrative and Medical Leadership in Medical Institution Mahal for Study -- Fields of Study: Spatial Field (General Hospital of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate )- Human Field: (75) Three months starting from 1 /2 /2024 to 30/4/2024.
