The study aimed to identify the reality of practice female private primary schools leaders in Taif city for innovative leadership from the point of view of teachers, and to reveal the differences with statistical significance between the averages of estimates of the members of the study community on the degree of practice of female leaders of private primary schools in Taif city of innovative leadership from the point of view of teachers attributed to the variable (Qualification, experience) To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the survey descriptive approach, A questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study community, which consisted of all 224 private primary school teachers in Taif, The study reached the following results: - The degree of practice of innovative leadership by female leaders of private primary schools in Taif from the point of view of the teachers was given a degree of practice (high). - There are no statistically significant differences between the average grades of the study community members for the degree of practicing innovative behavior, the work environment and innovative leadership as a whole among female leaders of private primary schools in Taif due to the variable of educational qualification. - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the members of the study community to the degree of practicing the administration's dealings with the teachers among the leaders of private primary schools in Taif due to the variable of the educational qualification in favor of (bachelor's) holders. - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the members of the study community to the degree of practicing innovative behavior, the management's handling of teachers, the work environment and the practice of innovative leadership as a whole among female leaders of private primary schools in Taif due to the variable years of experience in favor of those whose years of experience were less than (5) years.
- The most prominent recommendations of the study were: delegating powers to female teachers while giving them full confidence to make decisions, easing direct control over teachers and allowing them to develop plans, goals and vision of the school.
