Interaction skills are the cornerstone of building successful relationships in various aspects of life, whether on a personal or professional level. They form a bridge between individuals and contribute to effectively conveying ideas and feelings, thus achieving mutual understanding and constructive cooperation (Adler & Elmhorst, 2009). Interaction skills play a pivotal role in achieving success at the individual, group and institutional levels. Interaction skills are a set of skills that an individual possesses that enable him to communicate effectively with others, and include verbal communication, non-verbal communication, active listening and persuasion. These skills not only contribute to building positive relationships within the work environment, but also enhance productivity, reduce conflicts and contribute to achieving the organization's goals more efficiently. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the impact of interaction skills in its dimensions (verbal communication - non-verbal communication - listening - persuasion) on achieving beneficiary satisfaction in its dimensions (satisfaction with procedures - satisfaction with workers - satisfaction with services) in the health sector centers in Threban. The following sub-objectives branch out from this objective: Identifying On the impact of the dimensions of interaction skills (verbal communication - non-verbal communication - listening - persuasion) in achieving beneficiaries' satisfaction with procedures in the health sector centers in Threban, identifying the impact of the dimensions of interaction skills (verbal communication - non-verbal communication - listening - persuasion) in achieving beneficiaries' satisfaction with workers in the health sector centers in Threban, identifying the impact of the dimensions of interaction skills (verbal communication - non-verbal communication - listening - persuasion) in achieving beneficiaries' satisfaction with services in the health sector centers in Threban, presenting some future recommendations and proposals in the health sector centers in Threban, which would contribute to supporting the dimensions of interaction skills in achieving beneficiaries' satisfaction.
