Abstract

The study aimed to identify the Professional requirements for practicing the social planner of his role with women breadwinners in the framework of digital transformationIt is a descriptive study that was applied to (50) social workers from the Directorate of Social Solidarity in Dakahlia Governorate, Using the sample social survey methodology in the sample, and the results of the study found that there is a set of requirements (cognitive, skill, value and technical) that must be met in the social planner specialist to exercise his role with the breadwinner woman within the framework of digital transformation, In addition to a set of difficulties faced during his work, as well as the development of a set of proposals that help him perform his professional role with women breadwinners in the framework of digital transformation.
