Abstract
This research aims to identify the impact of organizational flexibility (in its various dimensions) on organizational creativity (in its various dimensions) in public hospitals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection from a random sample of employees in ten (10) public hospitals in Riyadh, totaling 498 respondents. Several statistical methods were employed, most notably correlation coefficients and simple regression analysis, to test the research hypotheses.
The study concluded with several findings, the most significant being the existence of a significant impact of organizational flexibility (in its various dimensions) on organizational creativity (in its various dimensions) in public hospitals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Based on these findings, several important recommendations were proposed, including increasing attention to organizational flexibility (in its various dimensions), as it leads to an enhanced level of organizational creativity (in its various dimensions: originality, fluency, flexibility, problem sensitivity, and analytical ability) in the hospitals under study.
