This study focuses on a major issue, which is the importance of comprehensive healthcare and medical communication that can be provided to patients, as they are among the most important factors that patients seek, which can help the patient reach the desired health condition and help him feel satisfied with the place where he receives care and the way in which that care is provided. This study aimed to seek to identify the relationship between the application of virtual clinics and enhancing medical communication, to identify the relationship between the application of virtual clinics and patient loyalty, to identify the relationship between the use of virtual clinics and patient satisfaction, to know the relationship between the effectiveness of interaction in virtual clinics and patient confidence. The study also aims to develop suggestions and recommendations that enrich the topic of virtual clinics and the extent of their impact on beneficiary satisfaction. The study tested all its hypotheses.
