Abstract

Artificial intelligence is one of the modern technological fields that requires educational institutions to adopt and effectively integrate it into the educational process. This technological transformation aims to enhance students' critical and analytical thinking skills by offering innovative educational methods such as interactive learning, virtual and augmented reality, and smart applications. Hence, the importance of the role of Community Service in raising awareness among university students about the significance of artificial intelligence and equipping them to use it effectively in education becomes evident.
The current study aims to identify the challenges university students face in using artificial intelligence to achieve quality education. This is done by focusing on the role of community service in raising awareness about this technology. The study’s sub-goals are as follows: Identifying the role of community service in raising awareness among university activity groups about artificial intelligence. Exploring the challenges faced by university activity groups in raising awareness about artificial intelligence.Proposing ways to activate the role of community service in educating students about how to benefit from artificial intelligence in education.
This study uses a descriptive analytical method, employing a survey through a questionnaire designed and applied to a sample of 55 students from the Higher Institute of Social Service in Sohag.
