Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the divorced women's rehabilitation program in improving their quality of life. This is an evaluative study. The study used a descriptive survey approach to achieve its objectives. It is an evaluative study applied to divorced women at the Mawaddah Charitable Society in Riyadh. The study population consisted of all divorced women at the Mawaddah Charitable Society in Riyadh. The study sample selected using a comprehensive inventory of all components of the study population at the Mawaddah Charitable Society to reduce divorce and its effects. A questionnaire used as a data collection tool. The study reached the following key results: - The study population agreed on the effectiveness of the divorced women's rehabilitation program in improving their quality of life, in light of the Mawaddah Charitable Society program in the Riyadh region. The most important dimensions of the effectiveness of the divorced women's rehabilitation program in improving their quality of life, in light of the Mawaddah Charitable Society program in the Riyadh region, were represented in the social, economic, psychological, and legal fields. The effectiveness of the divorced women's rehabilitation program in improving their quality of life in the psychological field was represented by : eliminating irrational thoughts and reviewing all possible solutions before making a decision. The effectiveness of the divorced women's rehabilitation program in improving their quality of life in the social field was represented by: the divorced woman's ability to adapt socially after divorce. And reviewed all possible solutions before making a decision, and increasing the ability of the divorced woman to be self-aware, and to bear pressures after divorce. The effectiveness of the divorced women’s rehabilitation program in improving their legal field is represented in knowing the divorced woman’s right to issue an independent family record, and her desire to attend courses on the legal rights of the divorced woman. The effectiveness of the divorced women’s rehabilitation program in improving the economic field is represented in: the necessity of the divorced woman working to improve her economic situation after divorce, the necessity of financial independence for the divorced woman, and planning the budget is useful in achieving future goals. There are no statistically significant differences between the majority of the study sample’s individuals in their view of aspects of the psychological, social, legal and economic field according to the age variable, the economic status variable, the child support variable after divorce, the special training courses variable in the field of reducing divorce and its effects, the duration of marriage before divorce, and the years of divorce variable. There are no statistically significant differences between the majority of the study sample’s individuals in their view of aspects of the social, legal and economic field according to the professional status variable. There are statistically significant differences between the majority of the study sample’s individuals in their view of aspects of the psychological field according to For the housing variable.
