Professional requirements for using the telephone family counseling program in the family field in Palestinian society

Abstract

The study seeks to achieve its primary objective, which is to identify the professional requirements necessary for using the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society. This objective leads to a set of sub-objectives: identifying the cognitive requirements necessary for using the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society; identifying the skill requirements necessary for using the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society; identifying the value requirements necessary for using the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society; identifying the obstacles facing the use of the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society; and arriving at a proposed vision from the perspective of individual service in the family sphere to activate the use of the family telephone counseling program in the family sphere in Palestinian society. The study answered all of its questions.
