A proposed development strategy to achieve comprehensive care for the gifted in the Islamic mission cities .

Abstract

Caring for and nurturing international students is a major priority for Al-Azhar This is because international students studying at Al-Azhar's various institutions will later become ambassadors of Islam in their countries, and they will also become a tool of the Egyptian state's soft power in their home countries. Given the cultural and civilizational diversity of international students who come to Egypt and Al-Azhar for the purpose of study and learning, the number of international students at Al-Azhar's various institutions has reached more than 100 nationalities, including Arab, African, European, and Asian nationalities. This underscores the importance of caring for international students at Al-Azhar Talented international students at Al-Azhar in particular, are particularly important. Students residing in the cities of Islamic missions are students who need distinct social care programs that are different from the rest of the social care programs that are provided to all foreign students residing in the cities of Islamic missions, as this category of students differs in its needs and requirements for satisfaction from the rest of the foreign students residing in the cities of Islamic missions. Therefore, the current study came to present a proposed development strategy to enhance comprehensive social care programs for gifted foreign students in the cities of Islamic missions. The current study belongs to descriptive studies and used the case study method using the comprehensive social survey method, as the field study was applied to all social specialists working in the sector of the cities of Islamic missions at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
