Recently, the state has shown increasing interest in youth and the programs offered to them in various institutions, including youth centers. This is an attempt to improve the quality of services provided to them. This can only be achieved by ensuring the sustainability of youth centers, which is achieved through adopting strategic flexibility. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the level of strategic flexibility dimensions and monitor the reality of institutional sustainability in youth centers. This study follows the descriptive research model and utilized a comprehensive social survey approach of (260) individuals. The researcher also administered a questionnaire to these officials, and ultimately, the study proved the validity of its hypotheses.
