Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of youth centers in developing a E-volunteering culture among youth, adopting a descriptive approach using the social survey method with an available sample of 149 beneficiaries from youth centers in Giza Governorate, as comprehensive social survey of 41 officials responsible for E-volunteering   at the Manshat Al-Qanater in Giza and its affiliated youth centers. The questionnaire was used as a tool and applied to the study sample. The research sought to determine the role of youth centers in promoting E-volunteering   culture, identify the obstacles hindering their role in this field, and propose ways to activate their role in developing it. The study results revealed statistically significant differences between officials and volunteers in their assessment of youth centers' role in fostering E-volunteering   culture, with officials showing more positive evaluations. The study also identified key obstacles, including weak media campaigns supporting E-volunteering   activities and the difficulty youth face in allocating sufficient time due to overwhelming family responsibilities. Among the most important recommendations to enhance the role of youth centers in developing E-volunteering   culture were coordinating with youth centers to exchange experiences that promote E-volunteering   and conducting regular surveys to gauge youth opinions on E-volunteering  .
