The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of civil society organizations in achieving social protection for women in debt. This study belongs to the type of evaluation studies. The study used the social survey method through the sample, as the study was applied to a sample of members of the boards of directors of civil society organizations in Dakahlia Governorate, numbering (153). The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study concluded that the level of effectiveness of civil society organizations in achieving social protection for women in debt is (average) and to put forward a set of proposals that help in increasing the effectiveness of civil society organizations in achieving social protection for women in debt.
