Abstract

The process of socializing an individual can be considered one of the most complex issues we observe in our reality today. This formative and influential task can be fraught with many risks, given the sensitivity and precision of that stage on one hand, and the nature of the young child and the uniqueness of their fluctuating personality on the other hand. Therefore, it is beneficial to carry out this process away from improvisation and randomness. Environmental education, with its preventive dimensions, represents an interesting approach and an important resource, as well as a fundamental element in the socialization of the youth. This is thanks to its innovative programs, strategies, methods, and pedagogical curricula."The world has witnessed rapid and significant social changes. It is no longer possible to predict and control the behaviors of individuals who continuously interact with their immediate environment. They face complex problems and difficulties daily, which may negatively affect their perceptions. Their attitudes and orientations towards new and unfamiliar social phenomena are determined. Preventive socialization may play an important role in protecting these individuals and shielding them from some societal risks by training and socializing them to adjust their attitudes or by scientifically guiding them to interact well with their surroundings. And motivating them to engage positively within a constantly changing society."
