Institutional excellence as a planning requirement for the quality of social unit services for the most vulnerable families.

Abstract

Achieving quality in services provided to various segments of society, particularly the most vulnerable families, is one of the foremost priorities of development organizations. This includes meeting their needs, satisfying their desires, and achieving their satisfaction in ways that align with their expectations. Hence, this study aimed to identify the level of institutional excellence of social units, its dimensions (such as leadership, strategies and policies, human resources, partnerships, operations, and outcomes), and the level of quality of services they provide (in terms of tangibility, reliability,responsiveness ,assurance, empathy, and communication. the study also sought to determine the correlation between institutional excellence and service quality, identify the obstacles hindering excellence, propose appropriate solutions, and determine the planning requirements necessary for enhancing institutional excellent in service Delivered  This descriptive-analytical study utilized the social survey method in a comprehensive manner for the workers in social units and a sample of service beneficiars.
