A proposed training program to develop volunteer leadership skills among university youth volunteer groups in various volunteer organizations.

Abstract

This study aimed to study a training program for volunteer leadership skills among university youth in volunteer institutions. The importance of this study stems from the global interest in volunteering and also the interest of the Egyptian forces in volunteering, considering it an important indicator that indicates the age of society and its development, and because the government sector is necessary for volunteering as a supporter for it to develop the project. Because youth are the backbone of the nation and the arms that build the nation, they need to develop their abilities and skills in a way that positively impacts society, especially in the field of volunteering, The researcher conducted an effective study on innovation from her students (100) original students from the volunteer youth in Aswan and (26) professors from the faculties of social service. After analyzing the results, they arrived at a training program to develop the volunteer leadership skills of the youth.
