The study aimed to determine the level of digital skills among university youth at Aswan University, determine the labor market requirements of university youth at Aswan University, and identify obstacles and proposals to increase university youth awareness of developing their digital skills to meet labor market demands. This study falls within the descriptive-analytical framework, aiming to describe and determine the level of digital skills among university youth to meet the requirements of the labor market. The study relied on a social survey approach using a sample. It was applied to university youth from various faculties at Aswan University, totaling (377) individuals. The study tool was a questionnaire designed by researchers and administered to university youth at Aswan University. The most important results indicated that the overall average level of digital skills among university youths was (2.40), which is high. These skills were as follows: computer skills, followed by digital communication, digital project management, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and website design skills. The results then indicate that the labor market requirements among university youth reached (2.56), which is a high average. These skills were followed by cognitive requirements, followed by training requirements, environmental requirements, and finally, technological requirements.
