Abstract

This study falls within the quasi-experimental study category, aiming to test the effect of an independent variable (the training program) on a dependent variable (improving the quality of social work education). In keeping with the nature of the study's objectives and consistent with the type of study, the researcher relied on the experimental approach using pre-post measurements for a single experimental group. Therefore, the current study aims to achieve a general objective: to test the effectiveness of a training program to improve the quality of social work education using digital transformation. The following sub-objectives branch from the general objective: 1. Determine the level of application of the educational dimension of digital transformation in social work education. 2. Determine the level of application of the research dimension of digital transformation in social work education. 3. Determine the level of application of the technological dimension of digital transformation in social work education. The results revealed the following: There is statistical significance for the differences between the two measurements for the study sample, meaning that the training program using the technological dimension of digital transformation as an independent experimental variable led to improved quality of social work education, confirming the validity of the main hypothesis.
