This study is descriptive, as it explores a new field that has not been adequately explored before. The study will attempt to analyze the aspirations of Saudi higher education leaders to empower Saudi girls to study engineering specialties, discuss the challenges and obstacles facing this, and reach generalizations about this reality. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the study community's attitudes toward empowering Saudi girls to study various engineering specialties, as well as identify the most significant challenges preventing Saudi girls from studying various engineering specialties. The results revealed a lack of societal awareness of the problem facing girls in engineering studies, as well as a low level of girls' participation in investment activities and a low level of university education associated with the study of engineering specialties. The study also concluded that engineering specialties provide women with many available job opportunities within society, and that society does not object to Saudi girls studying engineering specialties.
