Strategic agility as a variable in planning to achieve administrative innovation in social welfare institutions

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of strategic agility in social care institutions, determine the level of administrative creativity in social care institutions, determine the relationship between strategic agility and achieving administrative creativity in social care institutions, monitor the difficulties facing the contributions of strategic agility in achieving administrative creativity in social care institutions, and attempt to reach a proposed action plan to activate the contributions of strategic agility in achieving administrative creativity in social care institutions. This study is considered a descriptive study, and it relied on the method of a comprehensive social survey of officials in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Assiut Governorate, numbering (150) individuals. The study tools were represented in a questionnaire for officials about strategic agility and achieving administrative creativity in social care institutions, and the results of the study led to the acceptance of the study hypotheses. It states: "There is a statistically significant, positive, and positive relationship between strategic agility and the achievement of administrative creativity in social care institutions."
