This study attempts to focus on the following objectives: Providing the rules of judicial jurisdiction by positive legislation and international agreements and aims to identify the difficulties encountered in verification procedures, documents, inspection and arrest in positive laws and international agreements, as well as aiming to attract the attention of legislators and jurists in the Egyptian and Moroccan society. And the international community in general to the necessity of issuing, drafting, or reformulating many laws and legislations that work to combat cybercrime and put in place laws that deter the perpetrators of these crimes, and the study has reached an answer to all its questions.
