The effectiveness of human development units programs In developing a culture of entrepreneurship among university youth

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of university human development units programs, determine the level of entrepreneurship culture among university youth, and determine the university human development unit programs most closely related to the development of a culture of entrepreneurship among university youth. And monitor the difficulties it faces in developing a culture of entrepreneurship among university youth, leading to planning mechanisms to activate its role in developing a culture of entrepreneurship among university youth.
This study is considered one of the evaluation studies, and it relied on the social survey method in the sample for university youth benefiting from the programs of the Human Development Unit at Helwan University, and their number is (212) individuals. The results of the study concluded that the first hypothesis was accepted: “The level of effectiveness of university human development units programs is expected to be high,” and the second hypothesis is accepted, “The level of entrepreneurship culture among university youth is expected to be high.” And the acceptance of the third hypothesis of the study, which states, “there is a positive, statistically significant, positive relationship between the effectiveness of the programs of human development units and the development of a culture of entrepreneurship among university youth,” while the fourth and fifth hypotheses were rejected.
