Humanitarian care as a variable in planning to improve the quality of life of cleaners

Abstract

        The current study aimed to determine the level of dimensions of humanitarian care for cleaners, and to determine the level of dimensions of improving their quality of life, and also to determine the dimensions most related to improving the quality of life for cleaners, and to arrive at proposed planning mechanisms. The comprehensive social socialization of cleaners in Helwan and Al-Masara neighborhoods in Cairo governorate, numbering (119) singles, and also officials, numbering (28) singles ,The data collection tools consisted of a questionnaire for cleaners workers, and a questionnaire for officials, and this study reached a set of results, the most important of which: The results of the study proved rejection The first hypothesis of the study: It is expected that the level of human care dimensions for sanitation workers will be high. Also, the second hypothesis was rejected. It is expected that the dimensions of improving the quality of life for sanitation workers will be low, and the validity of the third hypothesis: “there is a statistically significant relationship between humanitarian care and improving the quality of life of cleaners, identifying the most dimensions of humanitarian care related to improving the quality of life of cleaners, including social, educational, economic, housing and health care.
