Factors Related To The Enrollment Of youth Saudis In Small Projects In Light Of The Vision Of The Kingdome 2030

Abstract

The objectives of the current study were to identify the factors associated with the entry of Saudi youth into small projects, and to identify the constraints faced by Saudi youth working in small projects. This is done through a field study of a deliberate sample of 250 respondents, where the study community in the Saudi youth determine the owners of small projects and the beneficiaries of the financial loan services from the Bank of Social development in the province of Majmaah, this study from the descriptive studies has been used social survey method, The application of the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting information and data.
The study concluded with a number of results: the orientation of the vision of the Kingdom 2030 supports small projects and the replacement of foreign workers by Saudi youth, and the Social Development Bank works to support and empower youth people to start them special projects, and the study found that the work in small projects gives youth people an opportunity to prove their competence. Regarding to the constraints faced by Saudi youth working in small projects, the results show that commercial concealment and the difficulty of obtaining employment contracts in government tenders are among the most important impediments to youth employment in small projects.
