In the recent period, the state’s interest in young people and the programs offered to them in various institutions, including youth centers, has increased in an attempt to improve these programs. This can only be achieved through the application of decentralization so that officials can take decisions, plan, follow-up, and provide the necessary funding to improve them. Therefore, the study targeted the level of dimensions of decentralization as well as Dimensions of the quality of youth center programs. This study belongs to descriptive studies. It used the comprehensive social survey approach for officials, and their number reached (45) individuals. The researcher applied a questionnaire for officials, and in the end the study proved the validity of its assumptions.
