Work program from the perspective of the work organization to develop emotional intelligence skills in managing marital relationships

Abstract

The objective of the study was to test the effectiveness of the occupational intervention programme in terms of a way of working with groups to develop emotional intelligence skills in managing marital relationships. The skill of self- awareness, emotion management ,motivation ,empathy and self-integration was used . The measure of emotional intelligence skills in managing marital relationships was used to test study assignments on undecided couples on Marriage guidance and Consulting office . One control and one experimental group were selected . Each group consisted of five pairs There are statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the rates of heterogeneity between the pre-and post –measures of the experimental groups and the control on the measure of marital intelligence skills in favor of heterogeneity of the experimental group .Contemporary family has become suffering from many challenges and complex problems in light of an era full of pressures in various fields of life. Sound and secure sustainability requires the presence of two compatible partners, who understand the meanings of partnership and are aware of the changes and influential transformations that contemporary life presents, which ensures the establishment of a happy and cohesive family based on cooperation, integration, and sacrifice, in order to achieve common goals, and in light of these crises, compatibility in married life has become one of the main The aspirations that every married or prospective individual seeks in society.
