Abstract

The research aimed to reach a proposed framework from the perspective of professional practice in promoting the digital transformation strategy for the development of university youth care programs - as perceived by social workers. Of the social workers working in university youth care departments in a number of institutes and colleges at Aswan University and private institutes, and by applying the questionnaire tool, it was found that the reality of practicing university youth care programs came at an average level, as well as the necessary needs to promote digital transformation to develop youth care programs. It is perceived by social workers at an average level, and reached the level of obstacles that prevent the implementation of the digital transformation strategy for the development of university youth care programs as perceived by social workers, and the most important proposed frameworks that enhance the implementation of the digital transformation strategy for the development of university youth care programs (providing specialists Social workers with experience in technology to work in university youth welfare departments, providing an infrastructure that suits the nature of digitization University youth welfare programs, university support for training social workers in obtaining training courses in digital transformation, facilitating procedures for obtaining digitization of university youth welfare programs)
