Abstract

This study aimed to investigate The relationship between compensation fairness and institutional loyalty for the employees of the Telecom Egypt Company. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed to study the variables of the study problem in order to test hypotheses so that The data collection from the employees of the Telecom Egypt Company. The statistical package for social sciences (spss) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study used many statistical methods for data analysis; the results of the study were as follows: The level of compensation fairness and institutional loyalty was high, the study also found there was significant statistical correlation between compensation fairness and institutional loyalty of the employees of the Telecom Egypt Company. There was difference of statistical significant dute to the (genre-scientific qualifications- experiences - scientific specialization). in the light of these results researcher recommended to continuing work to motivate employees in attention to modern methods of incentives of the Telecom Egypt Company which help to raise organizational loyalty their must know the need of employees and what effects their performance and loyalty. Enhancing theorganizational loyalty of the employees by holding the training sessions by introducing the importance of it and the factors that assist in its formation, development and benefits. The study also recommended conducting more research on the subject of the study, as it was found that there is a lack of relevant research.
