Abstract

The study dealt with narcissistic personality disorder and its relationship to the abnormal family climate، and the problem of the current study was formulated in the following formulation: Is there a statistically significant positive relationship between the abnormal family climate and the children's narcissistic personality disorder? Where the study aimed to determine the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate on the narcissistic personality disorder of children، and to determine the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and leadership، and to determine the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and self-sufficiency، and to determine the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and superiority، and to determine the degree of influence of the family climate Abnormal and excitability، and determining the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and entitlement، and determining the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and arrogance، and determining the degree of influence of the abnormal family climate and the tendency to exploitation. According to the social survey method،, the sample consisted of 283 respondents from the fourth-year students at the Faculty of Social Work، HELWAN University، where the scales of narcissistic personality disorder and family climate were applied. A statistically significant relationship between the leadership dimension as one of the dimensions of narcissistic personality disorder، as well as the dimension of self-sufficiency، superiority، excitability and arrogance. Equality and how to follow it in the upbringing of their children، and the importance of providing a normal family climate that works to satisfy the needs of the children and helps them to form a healthy personality capable of shouldering responsibility.
