Abstract

This paper explains the difficult professional reality that the general practitioner of social work is facing now in its various professional institutions, this paper stresses on the need to make scientific efforts from all the researchers, academic institutions and scientific departments in social work colleges and institutes, in order to reach accurate specialized programs within the framework of the profession’s methods and basic specializations, At the level of (BSW), (MSW), (PHD), in order to graduate batches of specialists, who are able to practice these professional specialists branches in a professionally manner, it ensures that their professional practices are evaluated through a set of specific ethical, theoretical and skill frameworks and rules that can be accurately measured, mastered and taught in the field. Hence, this paper aims to build an academic program (Theoretical and practical) to prepare a community development worker at the level of a Bachelor of Social Work within the framework of community organization, to graduate community development workers, who are theoretically and practically prepared in academical halls and in the areas of field instruction in university social work centers in these colleges, institutes and developmental professional work institutions in society, in a way that effectively contributes to help the profession to achieve its goals in obtaining licenses to practice professional work, achieving social justice, professional performance competence and eligibility, and providing more professional and specialized social services for its work units.
