Health Care Virtual and its Impact on Community Awareness for citizen in the city of Riyadh

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of health care in addressing various health problems, as well as identify the most important problems facing patients in their dealings with traditional and virtual health care centers, in addition to providing a set of recommendations and proposals related to improving the effectiveness of virtual health care.accordingly, the researcher used descriptive and comparative methods to compare two groups of users of the sehaty application services (virtual clinics), and regular health care users. The questionnaire was designed and distributed electronically, and the study community consists of a simple random sample consisting of (386) individuals, including (162) users of the sehaty application services, and(224) users of regular health services in Riyadh, and to analyze the questionnaire data, many appropriate statistical methods were used using the SPSS program, and the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which: it turned out that the role of health care in addressing various health problems in virtual clinics more than its role in traditional clinics, and it turned out that the problems facing patients in their dealings with healthcare centers have more virtual clinics than traditional clinics.
